Replace one weatherside board with a fibrolite board

Hello - I am after someone that can help remove an existing weatherside board from the bottom-level of the cladding of the dwelling at 95 Raumanga Valley Road, replace this with a fibrolite board, and hopefully repaint the board to match the yellow colour of the other boards? The work would need to be completed within the week commencing 21 March 2016 please.
