Replacing cracked weatherboards
Job description
The west wall of our property has quite a few cracked weatherboards. Looking for someone with the skill to replace these. The wall is single story, ~8m long. It is fronted by a path and shallow garden so access should be straight foward. I'm open to quotes for replacing just the worst boards, through to recladding the whole wall.

It has been excellent working with Sam (M10 Services). Very impressed by the quality of his communication - Sam explained not just what would/should be done, but why. The quote gave a clear itemization, noting what expenses would be additional, and suggestions for a contingency allowance. In completion of the work, Sam demonstrated a perfect balance of workmanship and pragmatism.
