Job description
There is a leak around the upstairs bedroom window that is running down the building paper & then leaks where a new roof was recently installed - new flashing has interfered with the seal of the building paper - paper is behind the flashing Weatherboard needs to be removed, building paper redone so it sits in front of the flashing. Windows need to be sealed. Leak has been mapped using infra-red detection etc
