Inspect and repair exterior weatherboard cladding

Our 1970's home in Newlands has exterior weatherboard cladding that is beginning to rot in some sections and as a result lose it's weathertightness (refer to photographs). We need a builder to inspect these areas, assess how much weatherboard needs to be replaced, source replacement weatherboard, patch these areas and paint over.

Dave's team completed our weatherboard remediation work, window surrounds, box corners and the installation of a new bi-fold door system. We are happy with the work done which was completed under budget. There were a couple of schedule delays on our project mainly due to adverse weather and a delay at the supplier getting our new weatherboards, but these were not within our or Dave's control so not an issue. Thanks Dave, your knowledgeable and professional team did a great job!
