Minor cladding repair

Have a weatherboard which looks to have pulled or buckled a bit off the house, one with a cracked section on the bottom of it and one with a very small shard coming off it. All these weatherboards are below waist height. There are probably a few other rough spots that might need addressing after a walk around. Looking to get it at least looked at ASAP, but ideally fixed in the next month or so. Site is a flat, single level house.
