Reclad balustrades & wall linings
Job description
My 2002 house has sections clad in a Carter Holt Harvey product Shadowclad. It is rotting in places around one upstairs deck and all the sections numbered in the photos need replacing - ideally with marine ply or something else that will weather better in the long term. The battens and balustrade at the top (fibreglass with Chevaline Dexx) will also presumably need replacing.

This was a tricky job that ended up taking four days - completely relining balustrades. Craig was a pleasure to work with. Nothing was a problem and there were several changes and variations as we found more rot. The finished job is very tidy and a great improvement on what was there.
