Cladding replacement and some other jobs

I have a small area of cladding which needs to be replaced. There has been some water ingress into the existing cladding so there may remedial work required. Total area is approx. 22.5m2 including 8.5m2 of window/door, rough measurements including in the pictures. Also another few jobs which may be completed: - 3 exterior doors to be repainted inside and out, one requires a new pane of glass - Patch and paint balustrade, approx 10m - Some more exterior patch and painting - One new sheet of gib required for garage - Cap chimney
