Fix Water damage to weatherboards
Job description
Help! I have visible water damage to some exterior weatherboards on my home and water has also gotten between the concrete and paint layer below the weatherboards, and under the house. It is a specific area and has been checked by both a plumber and the sustainability trust - its not a plumbing failure but looks like water coming from the roof/gutters. The area of damage was the location of a previous roof leak and the corrugated iron roofing was replaced in this location. The gutters haven't been checked or cleaned in a long time. I can't see any water getting inside my home but there is clearly a problem with the weather boards and visible damp under the house. I'd like it sorted asap so that the problem doesn't cause further damage to my home.

Grant was great to deal with, laid out options for me to consider and explained why he would recommend a particular approach. I felt i had a really good understanding of the cost/outcome ratio. His expertise was clearly demonstrated. I would be happy to hire him again.
