Exterior wall cladding needs prep (repair/replace) for painting

Hi, we would like a quote to have the exterior of our house prep for painting. What needs to happen is fixing/replacing of some of the cladding as well as making sure all nails etc are up to par, so that we can paint the house over the Christmas/New Year holidays. Also, most/all window sills on the outside of the house will need to be replaced. The expected cost we have set as between $500-$600, but we are aware that it will cost more, hence the reason we would like for a qualified tradesman to come and have a look and discuss possible options etc.
