Replace weatherboards

I have some weatherboards that are rotten and need replacing. The worst ones are above the roof of our kitchen and be accessed without scaffolding. We also getting some water leaking above out living-roof ceiling which may be caused by these rotten boards, but may be caused by something else. I would like you to investigate, There are also a few other odd bits of weatherboard that are rotten or split that could do with being replaced if possible.
