Remove/replace section of exterior weather boards

The bottom two exterior weather boards at front of property are rotten and cracked. Approx 12 in length. Weather boards are installed too close to the ground. The need to be removed and (maybe?) replaced. There are concrete tiles installed in front of the weather boards which will need to be moved to gain access. See photos attached.

I would happily recommend MPV. They were very good to deal with and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I dealt with Mike in the initial communications, he responded quickly and he was upfront about time and costs. Kahn completed the work, he was professional and completed the job quickly with no issues. I will use MPV again in the future.
