Second opinion on a building report

We have had a building done for a house we want to buy that has raised some concerns. We’re looking for someone to review the report ASAP and advise on what solutions we should request to be fixed prior to going unconditional Due to the purchase agreement we need this completed no later than Tuesday the 9th of Feb. Don’t need the actual work done just a registered building practitioner to review the report and advise
