Remove fence, fix cladding
Job description
I have a monolithic plaster board clad house, it’s in excellent condition and weathertight but I was warned during an inspection during purchase that the fence shouldn’t attached to the house. It is a timber fence and attached on two sides of the house. The job will be to 1. Move the current two fence posts further from the house. 2. Fix the details on the cladding on the side of the house, including painting. I have the paint for the house already. See attached photos of one side of the house, the other is similar. Tradies must have experience with monolithic plaster board cladding.
