I would like to engage a certified commercial builder who specializes in weatherboards (timber) and cladding who can complete a general assessment of the issues we have observed at one of our buildings. We have current issues such as cracking and deformity that we would like to get assessed to determine the extent of these issues and subsequently, look to peform the necessary remedials.
