The job was inaccurately assessed, original quote of $6532 increased to $11,270 . Despite time frames and a commitment to complete job within these, no one appeared for some time. Inexperienced personnel were used to assist to complete the job. Workmanship was questioned by a senior overseer I bought in to check the job in my absence. Threatening, unprofessional emails were received in relation to further costs that were not quoted.
