Replacing weatherboard
Job description
Most of the house is clad in weatherboard, but the front of the house has been covered with something like concrete board (so, instead of the weatherboard showing, it just looks flat). We don't know what state the weatherboard is in underneath. We want to take off the concrete board, replace any weatherboard that needs replacing and then cut three small windows in to the walls (one for each bedroom and one above the door to let more light in to the hallway). The house is 80sqm and the front of the house is pretty small. It's the same situation for two walls on the side of the house - but no need to cut in any windows, we just want to expose the weatherboard underneath.

We were very impressed with the work done by Tunnicliffe Builders - they were very good at communicating with us about progress, completed the job in good time and were very helpful. We love the end result and we definitely hope to use them again in the future.
