Needing a full house re claddeded after asbestos removal.

We are wanting to get our house re cladded, new soffits and baseboards after getting asbestos removed. It is around 300sqm and double storey. We are also wanting to change and remove some windows. We are still deciding on the type of cladding we want potentially a combination of brick and weatherboard or just one or the other or just fibre cement. We would like someone who could help with the consent process as we need council consent for a full re clad.
