Builder's inspection was done on Tues 5th July. Approx. a couple of boards of cladding had splitting and rot. I'm in the conditional stage of a Sales & Purchase agreement and need to determine if there is any moisture/damage behind these clads, as I may not go through with the sale if there is. Remove/replace a couple of pieces of cladding while inspecting for moisture damage to property behind cladding.
