Patching Roughcast Cladding

We've just had double glazing installed and the exterior roughcast cladding has chipped off, with some areas being quite deep along the edge of the window. I need someone to patch the cladding and tidy the surface up to the window frame edge. There are three windows, plus possibly a forth (the window installer tried his best to fix up the cladding with sealant for me to paint but it looks a bit like chewing gum and isn't ideal) if the seal can be removed.
