Repair around windows

We have purchased a Monolithic cladding house. There were elevated moisture readings in the wall below the window of one bedroom, and the wallboard has been repaired so it may have already had an invasive inspection of this area. There were also elevated moisture readings below the lounge corner window on the west elevation, where there is also a repair on the exterior. There appears to have been, or are ongoing, areas where water ingress is occurring. may either be from historical damage to the external cladding (some repairs have been made) and the wall is still wet, or it may be internal, i.e. condensation collecting in the window drainage channel and overflowing at the ends into the corner junctions of the window frame. I would like to have the current cladding removed from around the windows and replaced properly. I have been advised to have a texture-coat specialist assess all of the current cladding repair including cracks, uneven joins etc to ensure there are no small gaps for possible water ingress.
