Looking to have some weatherboards that are in need of replacement sorted out, as well as a couple of areas of soffit, and potentially the capping on the corners of the wall. Post repair looking to have exterior painted, so someone who can do both would be ideal but not necessary. Expect it will be approx 10 weatherboards and 2 areas of soffit, though with the age of the house could be more.
