I live at Gisborne Point, Rotoiti and have a two-story property. In heavy rain the weather often 'drives' into the easterly side of the property. I have some swollen 'weatherside' cladding up high which results in water running down the internal studs and in to my downstairs. I've run a hose on the wall, and I would estimate most of the cladding is sound, but the top 5-6 boards need replacing. But this needs reviewing. I would also need these to be painting afterwards (I have the paint). I'm open to the lot being replaced on that side so proper sheeting can be applied underneath if the economies of scale are favourable. Thanks
