remove weatherboards, install flashing

take off the weatherboards on the corner 2 sides below the conservatory window to install a flashing below the window on two sides. While the boards are off, the opportunity will be made to establish that that is the cause of the problem as identified by the building inspection - and evidenced by the deterioration on the corner timber mouldings under the window.
