Timber weatherboard and Window repairs

1950's house, a number of rotten weatherboards need replacing and a number of the timber windows need repair due to rot and poor glazing. Would love the works to be completed before end of summer (What summer right!!) Looking for someone who knows what they are doing, and can work with me to get the repairs completed so the house can finally be painted!
