The requirement is to clad (a combination of 150m2 James Hardie & around 40m2 cedar for accent) a 4 bedroom one storey house under construction. The Soffits are expected to be completed this week & wrapping next week. Joinery is expected to arrive in the next 10days. So we will need someone who can start soon - in the next couple weeks.
