Needing a quote for cladding repair or replacement. All 4 sides of house have some evidence of dry rot. It is a 2 level home with top level having the cladding. It is a rough texture weatherboard style. (initial/lock wood homes built we think) The house is currently tenanted so we hope to be mindful of them. We were hoping do work around July onwards.
