Building our new home in Wanaka and looking to get a team in to do the external larch cladding. House is a 250sqm foot print, but the one side of the house is 5.5m high (284 sqm with the mezzanine loft space). We have the larch and all the nails etc. Just looking for the labour portion. It's a simple design that is two rectangular pods, with a middle pod. can send in the plans as well.
