Weatherboard replacement/reclad
Job description
Kia ora, Looking for someone to reclad South face of my 1950s Austrian build Titahi Bay home. North face also needs work but South face is by far the worst! Weatherboards and windowsills rotting away. Keen to remove fireplace & chimney at same time as is not fit for use. I’ve already got a joiner quoting for replacing the windows and he can start the job around December so looking for a builder to work in with that timeframe.

Jesse and his team did an incredible job on my house. There was a delay in starting, so they hustled hard over the Christmas and New Year period to catch up, which was above and beyond the call of duty. The job went over budget because the framing of the house was in worse condition than anticipated, but Jesse communicated this clearly to me throughout the process so it wasn’t a surprise. The team were all lovely guys to have onsite, and I can’t recommend them enough.
