Fixing broken cladding on garage

Looking for someone to help replace some of the cladding on our garage that is broken. I believe the board is fibre cement board. Due to the broken cladding, some of the framing on the inside has been exposed and is now rotting and will require being replaced as well. We have a long piece of board that is leftover from when another part of garage was fixed which we believe could potentially be reused for this job.
