Our home is clad in Titan Board. The 90 deg Butt joint between the house external cladding has dried (and cracked) and now allows water into the joint. There should be 90deg flashing (DPC / Flashing tape) behind this joint, and I suspect that there is, however there is still a water leak problem into the garage below in HEAVY rain. It may be that this flashing needs replacement which may require cladding replacement in this area. We are aiming to start painting our house in a week or two and would like this fixed before then. We will supply Sika AT Facade (recommended by Hardies) and if required, new cladding and DPC or flashing tape.
