Move External Unit to a different location and Regas Unit

Hi there, we have a heat pump currently installed with the external unit place outside on a deck needs a wire extension to drop down and be secured a further 2 to 3 metres onto the ground. Also the heatpump does not cool in summer, possibly needing a regas.
