Liam is just the best. I was based at wellington and have my property at Auckland which is rented, so I was bit concerned as to how I will get right builder to do my job. But I found Liam and he did amazing job, he communicated efficiently, sent me all pictures of the work, recommended anything that needed attention and fixed all issues for me. I left all the responsibility on him, he did everything honestly and sincerely. I wish I had Liam in Welly as well to award work at my property here.
