Reclad needed - additions have no CCC

Hi team, I have a contract to buy a house in Birkdale. It was originally a weather board house, they then got consents to extend the house and did this in hardiflex, they never got CCC. Council will require a reclad to fix it. Is it possible you can give a rough indication of costs from the drawings? Its also a home and granny, while doing the reclad I want to make it a home and income and this will involve putting in a firewall. So a estimate is needed for this too please. Thanks team Gavin
