subfloor cladding

Subfloor space (hardiflex sheeting presumably)walls along one side of the house cracked and partially removed by previous tradespersons. Needs complete removal and replacement. The walls cladding above the sub-floor is weatherboards. The house is built in seventies. Gardens along the wall are being cleared to allow access. A porch in the middle of the wall, fixed to the house through the sheeting. Few pipes penetrate the sheeting Please consider the framing repairs possibly required. Depending on advice, work to allow standard clearance between the sheeting and grounds may be needed. This could be a layer of bricks or blocks so that new sheets overhang the blocks and do not touch the grounds.
