Rear wall Cedar Weatherboard replacement

Our Cedar weatherboard / block house has a North facing back wall. The weatherboards on that wall have not been oiled and as a result the Cedar has bowed and now split in some cases causing a potential watertight issue. The wall is elevated due to the contours of the land and there is a deck which wraps around beneath the wall. The wall includes a Window and a ranchslider. I am looking to have the cedar replaced and the window / door re-jammed.
