Install flashing between hardie plank and stucco cladding join

Our cladding is hardie plank top storey and direct fixed stucco bottom storey and is missing a flashing between the two for weatherproofing. Have been told this needs a flashing installed. Other external weatherproofing jobs available in addition, as well as interior jobs if interested.
