Fibre cement cladding and window trim repair/replacement

An assessment on the condition of the wear and tear of this exterior wall (pictures attached) is requested. Following the assessment, an estimate for the repair on damaged areas. I would like the rest of the house cladding/window trim assessed as well. The rest of house is on single level, flat land.
