Review

After initial work to replace rotted cladding and timbers was completed I inspected the roof to find some areas had been missed. Workers returned to site within a few days and this resulted in a final cost that was almost 22% over the initial estimate. Overall I am satisfied with the work but would likely not have been if the missed work was found much later or left to cause further rot damage.

"Thanks for your feedback. However, this is not entirely accurate. That scope of works claimed to have been missed was not mentioned at initial consultation, and was only brought up once initial work was near completion. Our estimates are well itemised and very involved, this area of work was not noted in our original estimate, so yes the cost will go up if more work is found or added by customer. We are sorry you feel our workmanship is average, we can agree to disagree with that."
