Timber Batten Facade

I have had a design done to upgrade our business building's frontage, fixing a timber batten feature on two sides of the building's existing facade and a rain screen to the side of the main entrance. (see images attached) Feature Walls ~50x50mm treated timber battens with 50mm spacing, covering roughly 30sqm in total. Length of battens would be approximately 5m. The battens would be installed keeping a ~150mm distance from the existing facade so the bathroom windows behind it could still open. Entrance Rain Screen ~50x50mm treated timber battens with 100mm spacing, covering roughly 5sqm in total. Height of battens would be approximately 2.5m. We are currently getting material quotes for the timber battens, and are looking for a builder who can do the install for us. Timeline wise, depending on materials arriving we would like to have this done in the next 3-6 weeks.
