Weatherboard repair and flashing replacement
Job description
The house is a 1950s weather board single storey house. Access is via approx 50 steps up hill. The job includes: -3 areas of rotten weatherboard to repair/replace in 1950s weatherboard house -1 area of broken soffit to replace around bathroom vent -replace flashing on 10 timber frame windows. 1 window flashing is partially blocked by a lean-to porch which may need to be removed. If it needs to be removed, would consider replacement with a pergola I'm flexible with timing, but keen to have the exterior tidied up before it starts raining a lot in the winter.

Really happy with the quality of Harley's work. I'll definitely be contacting him again for future work. COVID interrupted communication a bit, but once he got out on site he was quick, professional, tidied up at the end of each day, couldn't fault him.
