Cladding removal and replacement

We are looking to reclad the top floor of our two story house this will include installing insulation and double glazed windows. The old cladding has an asbestos content. Half of the top story is surrounded by decking so will be easy to access. The other half of the house will need scaffolding and although we are on a hill section the land around the house (where scaffolding would go) is flat. It is a 1970s house. Being a large job we would require a quote before going ahead with any work. We are a young family wanting to make our home warm and dry.
