Weathertightness of timber window framing and other jobs

Seeking assessment by a licensed building practitioner of condition of timber window frames of our home, and general condition of stucco. Noticed some paint flaking and exposed timber. Concerned to prevent water damage to the exterior of the window frames. 1930s stucco bungalow. Also, have a few smaller jobs around the place that it’d be good to get a professional to sort out. Holes in kitchen ceiling following installation of new lighting, and a door that isn’t closing properly. Timeframes - as soon as possible.
