I'm looking at recladding (over cladding?) a non-leaky extension (Currently clad with some sort of vertical wood board) with Palliside to match the look of the smaller areas of the house that has weather board. The rest of the house is mostly brick. The extension and weather boards are due to be painted and I'm looking for a maintenance-free solution. It is a 1948 state house with an extension on the back with a floor area of about 30 square meters. I haven't measured but I'm guessing the 3 sides that I'm looking at re-cladding are about 100 sqm including windows. If its reasonable enough then I would get the wooden weather boards bits done at the same time to be fully maintenance free. The house is on flat (ish) land with good access. I have no idea on how much this could cost as I only just found out that Paliside even exists. But I like the idea of never having to paint again. Cheers Steve Sleep
