repair crack and textured coating on fibre cement boards

see photos. Boards are 1990s Harditex or Hardiflex. a small corner has cracked and needs to be repaired. Lower edges of some boards are showing damage and the textured coating can be easily peeled off. The plaster coating may need to be reapplied.
