This job consists of 3 parts: 1) Removal of the front part of a deck that was connected to the house and causes water damage to the weather boards. Once removed, two wooded staircases will have to be build in order to get access to the front door and the back door. The house is on stilts. The quote must include: * Labour to demolish all decking required, * Labour to build new stair case to main entrance door/deck * Labour to construct a new deck not attached to the house to back entrance door, with a new staircase. * Rubbish disposal * Materials to build deck, and staircases, including framing timber, decking timber, posts, screws, nails, nail on plates, bolts, and concrete 2) The second part of the job is to replace and restore 2 sides of the house's weatherboards. The deck of the house was connected to the weatherboard, causing waterdamage. The solution was found to cut and replace half of the weatherboard using midwall flushings and internal corner flashings that meet current buiding code and waterproof standards. After installing new weatherboards, the rubbish will have to be removed and the boards painted (white). It is only the front wall and the L wall that needs to be done. The quote must include: * Labour to cut and remove existing cladding, and carry out a visual inspection of all framing to find out the degree of water damage due to incorrect deck installation * labour to install building paper, flashing tape, midwall flashings, and internal corner flashings to meet current building code water proofing standards * Labour to install new vertical weatherboards and battens * Labour to install silicon to all windows as required to complete waterproofing of cladding in preparation for paint Labour to clear site of all rubbish and dispose *Materials required to install new cladding system, including weatherboards, battens, building paper, flashings, flashing tape, nails, silicone and sundries The weather board that would suit this job has been identified as the Timber range Effect, from Innova (BGC), thickness of 12 mm, Stratum Woodgrain boards are 2700x4200mm (length), Weight (5.2kg and width 300 mm). Optional at this stage depending on costs of Job 1 & 2: 3) Last part of job is: On the open ground where the deck was, I would like to have cement slabs/ cement pathway froming a narrow pathway on the two sides and to my carport to prevent future water contact damage.
