Exterior Cladding Material (including significant maintenance) Fibre cement shingles. The fibre cement material may contain asbestos. There are holes in the exterior cladding, these holes should be sealed to prevent moisture entering the building envelope. There are multiple ares of impact damage present on the exterior. Sorry the photos aren't the best, but I can organise a date with the property manager (this is a rental property, which I'm thinking of buying) for you to inspect and provide a quote. Thank you!
