Rotten and cracked Cedar cladding boards replacement

I found that some of the Cedar cladding boards of my house had gone rotten or cracked, which had caused water to leak into a room. The work includes the following things to be done: 1. Check the cedar boards and find out how many of them need to be replaced; 2. Look for the same (or similar) cedars boards on the market; 3. Replace the rotten and cracked boards. The house is a two-story building, and scaffolding may be needed. Thank you.
