Replace weatherboards + modify wooden fence

Hi we have an area of around three square metres of weatherboards that need replacing on the south side of our very old cottage. They are situated where the outside meter box is. I think they will be able to be replaced while leaving the powerbox as is, but unsure. There is also capping missing from that same corner of the house. We also have a wooden fence that needs about 40cms cut off the top then capped to make it look neat. These two jobs will need to be done by the end of July at the latest.
