Check for rot in non-structural cladding

Wind blew off a small piece of the soffit attached to barge board on front exterior of house. Noticed some rot in board underneath and in barge board. Need a check to see what the extent of rot is in the barge board and around the eves of the house, with an aim to getting the issue fixed where required.
