Repair Weatherboard on house and other jobs.

Replacing rotten weatherboards around house. 1. at the base of the walls, approximately 14 m need replacing. 2. Fix the corner rotted beam bedroom exterior wall 3. Replace window and surrounding rot. (Maybe I will look for a second hand double glazed window if we cannot get a new one) 4. Replace the rotted face boards around two windows facing the harbour. Laundry and Kitchen. 5. Two weather boards replaced above the carport where it connects to the house. 6. Replace two rotted master bedroom windows with second hand wooden sash windows which we have already purchased. Jazz up the car port 1. Flashing on one side of the roof to cover rust, 3m ish 2. Spray paint the carport tin charcoal to match the house 3. Two pieces of trellis to cover the carport view from the driveway, will need I guess two posts concreted in, in the middle to connect it to.
